Cogswell College Reviews

This college has received so many reviews from students, graduates, and alumni members. Some of the reviews include:

A college that focuses on what I believe to be our generation’s Gold Rush, which is Game Design, Sound Design, Business, and many more. Cogswell represents nerd culture in its rawest form, and that isn’t a deterrent. A lot of the alumni, teachers and students are there to create an environment that feels like a pseudo-family. I can confidently say that a per cent of famous artists or skilled coders will come from this college. The campus is small enough that it’ll keep you focused on what you came there for. – Sophomore

If you’re going for academics, then it’s not a bad school. Most of the staff are great and will work with you, and small classes mean plenty of 1-on-1 time. But, the school remodelled and removed most of the clubrooms, so clubs have nowhere to meet and are dead. Also, a ton of students are lazy weebs, and most freshmen and sophomores drop out because they didn’t think college would be hard.

Admittedly the career services have been getting a little better each semester, but as of December 2019, it’s still not as comprehensive as some of these other public universities at half the tuition cost. Also, I know several people who were about to graduate but had to stay an extra semester because the program changed during their time there, and they couldn’t graduate because they didn’t have all the “new” requirements.

Overall it’s not too bad of a school if you work hard, don’t care about student life, and can fight through the bs that the administration will throw. – Junior

Cogswell College has been extremely patient with me and my family as we scramble for financial aid. They have been so kind to my father who suffers from a brain injury due to a motorcycle accident and has been super supportive of me and my dreams. They push their students to success. – Freshman

Conclusion

For astounding colleges who are interested in developing students, then Cogswell College makes the list easily. Their location in Silicon Valley puts them in a prominent position where they can easily process all their research
