2. Technological University of Havana José Antonio Echeverría (CUJAE)

This institution was established in the year 1964. It has a category of excellence by the National Accreditation Board for its outstanding labor in the aspect of technology.
It is divided into nine faculties of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, automation and biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, and architecture. The University of Havana (UH) was established in the year 1728. It is the oldest university in the country and it is also the biggest. The university has 15 faculties and closed to 40,000 students, 14 research centers, and multiple learning centers.
