Sorbonne University is a public research institution founded in 2018, but its history dates back to 1257, when the Sorbonne College was founded. The current university was formed by combining the universities of Paris-Sorbonne and Pierre et Marie Curie with other smaller institutions. For international students, Sorbonne University is one of the cheapest university in Paris.

Three faculties make up the famed Sorbonne University. One is the Faculty of Humanities, which includes, among other things, Language, Geography, History, Philosophy, and Musicology.

The Faculty of Science and Engineering, on the other hand, is in charge of subjects such as mathematics, astronomy, informatics, robotics, and physics, to mention a few. Both of the aforementioned faculties offer double degrees in a variety of subjects, including science and law. The Faculty of Medicine, which controls the educational institutes of the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital and Hôspital Saint-Antoine, is the final department.

This cheapest university in Paris is located in the eastern suburbs of Champs-sur-Marne and provides License (undergraduate) degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, and Commercial Management. It also provides a Bachelor’s degree in International Management, with the third year taught entirely in English.

Master’s programs in banking, business development, accounting, consulting, and management, to name a few, are available at Gustave-Eiffel University. It also provides a full-time International MBA program taught entirely in English.

4. Université de Paris

Tuition Fee For Undergraduate Programs: $316 a year

The current Université de Paris is the consequence of a merger of the University of Paris VI and the University of Paris VII in 2019. It is a descendant of the University of Paris, which was known as the College of Sorbonne at the time.

The Université de Paris, as an internationalized institution, provides international joint undergraduate degrees in chemistry, history, and law. There are also 17 master’s degrees in English available. Foreign Paris Dauphine applicants, like most other Parisian universities, must submit their applications through the Etude en France portal.
