If you don’t watch much television or have a limited budget for a pay-TV membership, you might want to look at gotv jinja. So let’s discuss about the Gotv Jinja subscription, price and channel list in Nigeria.
It is currently the second-cheapest Gotv plan available for subscription. Its so amazing, Gotv jinja subscription.
It makes sense that GoTv is the most popular satellite TV service in Nigeria given that the majority of the country’s population belongs to the lower middle class.
The bulk of Nigerians, after all, don’t seem to be able to afford DSTV subscriptions, and startimes doesn’t seem to be gaining much popularity at the moment. Therefore, when the corporation creates packages like Jinja that individuals can purchase for a low cost. They moved quickly. I think Gotv jinja subscription is a good package.

Is Channel 29 on Jinja Bouquet?
Sorry, but you can’t watch BBNaija season 7 with this plan. Upgrade to Jolli or Max to have access to channel 29, where the reality TV is shown.
GoTv Jinja Price in Nigeria
A monthly subscription to Jinja costs 1,640 Naira and grants you access to 49 channels, including 2 audio stations.
Jinja Vs Smallie
Smallie customers won’t be able to watch some channels on Jinja, including FOX Life, Africa Magic Epic, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Trybe, E! Entertainment, Super Sport Variety 4, Jim Jam, Nickelodeon, Sound City, Arise News, Real Time, Spice Tv, and Tiwa n Tiwa.
But keep in mind that Jinja is 840 Naira more expensive than Smallie. Can you let go of the above channels in light of that quantity is the query.
You should read my article regarding the Jolli plan if you’re attempting to decide between Jolli and Jinja. They are previously compared in it by me.
The Launch of Jinja Package
On December 10th, 2019, Multichoice Africa revealed that they would be expanding their gotv packages with two more plans, including Jinja, bringing the total number of bouquets offered to 6.
The new bouquets overlap with some of the old packages in terms of price and the caliber of the channels they offer, so the choice didn’t take long to generate confusion among their customers.
People found it quite difficult to decide which of them to subscribe to without first comparing all of the available channels and then looking at the pricing, and it was really frustrating for the majority of people.
Later, in June 2022, they agreed to reduce the removal of the plus and value packages.
What are your thoughts on the Jinja bundle then? Do you believe that this gotv package is much superior to Smallie?
You do, after all, have access to all the information. The choice is now yours.
Please describe it for me in the comment section.
Using quickteller.com/gotv, you can subscribe to this package and then enter your information to complete the purchase.
Last but not least, if you found this article useful, please spread the word on all social media platforms to your friends, family, and relations.
Plus Vs Jinja Vs Value
The Plus and Value plans are no longer supported. I left this section out in case we need to refer back to it later.
With the arrival of Jinja, which is sandwiched between the current Plus and Value bouquets, many subscribers are currently perplexed.
They are unsure if it would be advantageous to upgrade from Value to Jinja or to downgrade from Plus to Jinja.
Here is the deal.
I’ll lay out all the information for you, and it’s up to you to decide. Deal? Great.
Let’s start with the price of the Plus package, which is just N300 more expensive than Jinja at 1900 Naira each month.
Is it worthwhile, though? Let’s jointly determine that.
It has six channels. Additionally, Super Sport Select 2 and 3 subscribers, BBC World News, Hip Tv, MTV Base, and RSTV viewers are currently enjoying themselves more than Jinja subscribers are.
Only one station is available to Jinja customers that Plus does not, and that is Wazobia Tv.
If I were you, I would probably stick with Plus, if you ask me. If I chose Jinja, the 300 Naira would be more than I would lose in channels.
But that’s just me; you’ll have to make up your own mind.
Let’s start with the cost information once more. Value costs 1250 Naira per month however Jinja costs 1600 Naira, making Jinja 350 Naira more expensive than Value.
You are currently debating whether it is worthwhile to upgrade from the Value package to Jinja.
My own response is No, but you have to decide whether it’s right for you.
Why? Because, let’s face it, Value has one channel that Jinja does not, RSTV, and Jinja has one radio station, Naija FM, that Value does not.
Hence, only to listen to Naija FM, I will have to spend 350 Naira more? In my opinion, no.
I have previously published a post that explains how to upgrade and downgrade from one gotv package to another if you still want to go from upper or lower bouquet to Jinja. Therefore, be sure to look it up.
